Plug-in Installed, No Options Appear

  • Wonderfully promising plug-in, Rodrigo! But only a blank “Stream Video Player Tag Generator” pop-up opens when I click the Stream Video logo to insert a file — nothing but a white background, none of the options, the frame source is empty.

    I’ve deactivated and reactivated without success. WordPress returns the error, “The plugin does not have a valid header.” I’ve seen the FAQ mention of <?php wp_head(); ?> but I’m not sure which template it should be inserted in, if this is the problem.
