Pop Up Still Shows on Every Page with Every Visit

    I use the latest version of Optin Revolution on my website. I have set the pop up to show once every 7 days. However, it shows on every page every time a visit the website! I have tried the advice in the similar thread on this problem. I have updated the plug in, cleared my cache in W3 Total Cache, Cleared my browser cache and even cleared my cloudflare cache. The problem prevail.
    I have tested in in more than one browser as well, with the same result.
    Please help?
