Fatal error: Cannot redeclare my_theme_wrapper_start

Hi guys,
anyone would be able to help me on how to solve this issue. This problem started since i tried to solve the layout issue on my website which i accidentally updated my themes and plugins. Well, it becomes worse. How am i going to recover my website?. I do have a copy of the backup of the content and settings in my desktop but no where i can process it since there is no way i can go into the woocommence setting.
