• Hi,

    Love your plugin!! ??

On Firefox the icon isn’t visible after its moved over to the circle (probably a z-index issue?). After further testing, whenever I load any post and try to click on/move an icon it disappears completely. I can make them all disappear (usually they move back to a spot in the list).

On Safari, it works but if you make a mistake and then click the back button the icons are not moveable. If you reload the page/post then everything is fine.

We have a few other plugins installed but none that are captcha-related.

    You can test here:

Hoping you can sort this out ??

    Hello BlackHorseMedia,
first of all thank you for using visualCaptcha for wordpress and by the way nice site ?? Do you know that you can customize the visual aspect of visualCaptcha? i.e.: change the icons and the drop area to be more (design) integrated with your site ??

Now regarding the Firefox issue: witch version are you using? I’m thinking that the issue with firefox is related to the css structure of the site. I will need to have a closer look in to it.

Regarding Safari, can you provide me with the version you are using and what is your operational system?

    cheers

I have just tested this on another site that I have that uses visual captcha (with firefox and safari). Everything works properly.

I retested on the site url that I posted above, in a second tab. The problems are the same. The site is hosted with godaddy and last week I upgraded the version of php to 5.3.21 (we were having even MORE trouble with visual captcha as well as all captcha plugins that we were testing). We’ve had nothing but trouble with this site ?? …so many issues with godaddy.

    Hi BlackHorseMedia,
the problem is some sort of bug with firefox :/
The issue is in the entry div ( I believe it is the post ), there is something there that id making firefox miss calculate all the locations within the page.

did you do styles your self?
