Will not save "automatically process on upload"

The smush.it plugin does NOT work with CDNs. It’s simply impossible for it to work there…

does it work with Jetpack’s Photon? because I’m having the same issue as @firesitedesign, only I’m using Photon, HyperCache and Cloudflare.

Smush.it requires your images to be stored locally.
Anything that interferes with that will not let smush.it do its job.
