Making a good Blog title

I wanted to add a good informative blog title, which was very very long, but you would see partial of it and it goes like….. (this is located on the very top of the screen, were the blue is…if you look at yours right now it will say Themes and Templates)

When I add in a very long description, above the header it adds it, and on the footer it adds it,

How can I not have it there, just at the top thanks
