is_search(), is_single( '213' ) NOT Working

is_search(), is_single( ‘213’ )

Both of these conditions work ok when used only alone. Like this:

is_single( ‘213’ )

is_search()
https://www.kirjapino.fi/?post_type=product&s=j%C3%B6rn&lang=fi

So now I have 2 different Widgets, one for each. How could I have one widget doing it all?

I thought that Widget Locig is so logical that “,” between these conditions should do it. But no..
