Need to Change URL

    Been all over the forums and really don’t understand how to do what i want. I have WP installed and running on Windows with iis and PHP.
    right now my site is wordpress,mydomain.com. Now I want to go live with the site and just want mydomain.com. I want the directory where the site is installed to remain as it is now, and do not want to install it all again. How to I go about this.
