This is an issue with how the admin bar is being loaded, and will be fixed shortly in the next release. For now, change line 59 in aioseop_module_manager.php to this:

if ( function_exists( 'is_admin_bar_showing' ) && is_admin_bar_showing() )

this fixes onlu admin part,
at frontend – troubles exists.
