Comments

  • I have searched the forum and found posts with similar issues to the one I have but haven’t found a solution that works.

    I have unchecked all ‘show comments’ on screen options but under the posts it says ‘no comments’ and the comments box is showing on my contact page (I don’t want it). I have tried everything. Any help please?

    I meant on my ‘About’ page! Screen options unchecked, comments disabled etc. but comment box still showing..

    I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.

    On Edit Page, click Screen Options and ensure that the Discussion box is checked.When the Discussion checkbox in the sliding panel is checked, the discussion widget appears at the lower part of the page editor and provides the option to disable the comments!

    Yes esmi I AM aware of that but have seen lots of posts where non WPORG have been supported by helpful people.

    The www.remarpro.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.remarpro.com. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.
