Can you remove the Header Description completely?

I’m wanting to know if i can remove the white header description above the menu: https://seekingbookboyfriends.com/

It looks horrible. Or worst case scenario, can i fill it with an image?

I’m pretty technology challenged so very clear instructions would be very much appreciated.
