Blank page for directory results

Gravity Forms Directory version: 3.4.1

I did this: Activated plugin and added the form with the Add directory button.

I expected the plugin to do this: Show me approved testimonials, which have been approved in the admin.

Instead it did this: Displays a blank page, Source has gone missing after the #content div
