• Installed a fresh copy of WordPress and having a couple of issues. The first is that I get a directory listing denied and it’s no recognizing the .php. I created a htaccess file with the following int;

    DirectoryIndex index.php

    And loaded it into the directory and also in the wp-admin since that’s doing the same thing. That doesn’t work.

    Lastly, if I go to index.php directly, I can get in fine, but when I pull up a post, I can edit the title of the post, but it won’t let me edit the body of the post. It just won’t let me click in that field. Is this something I’m doing incorrectly or is this a server issue that’s stemming off of the directory listing problem? I wouldn’t think it’s the latter because I can access the page fine and edit the post title and I imagine it wouldn’t even let me do that if that’s the case. Thoughts?

    As I’m trying to research here on my own, it may also serve to not that this WordPress install is installed in a subdirectory. jimellistools.com/seo.
