Terms and Conditions link

Could the future versions on the BDP have a “Terms and Conditions” field/link/checkbox inserted into the listing form, so that listing owners must agree to the terms and conditions before they can submit a listing?

Somethin along the line of

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions at https://www.example.com/tos
