404 Error Trying to Delete Image/Page or Attach Image to Page

    When I go into the Pages section of the dashboard and click “Delete Permanently”, I am being thrown to a 404 error. Here’s the URL it’s redirecting me to: https://sitename.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=423&action=delete&_wpnonce=(5 Hex Code)

    Similarly, when I am in the media section and I work through the “Attach” process for an image, I am getting a 404 error when attaching an image to a page. This also happens when trying to delete an image from the library.

    What gives? This stuff should be golden out of the box, right? AFAIK, there are no widgets installed that should be causing any of this.

    Any chance my WP install is corrupt?
