TopMenu: Color Hover one by One different Colors

Top Menu Please. On roll over different Color for each link. If posible Automatically. So don`t have to add more edit.

Please give me the file Where i have to go. To change the code.

It needs an underline When on Hover that changes the Color automatically to the Same color of the link. (Black link, Black underline, Yellow link, Yellow underline, Green link, Green underline,…) A nice underline that looks Futuristic.
