  • You’ll need to activate stock management (both on settings level in the inventory tab and product level in Product Data meta box, Inventory panel) , set the stock level for that specific product to 1 and in settings (Inventory tab again) you’ll find the option “Hide out of stock items from the catalog”.

Thank you for the quick response. I had already set as you described but the product is still there after having purchased it twice as a test and a 1 euro price. So I am very confused. I have also updated the order as completed just to make sure but it is still displaying.

If you go to the overview of all your products, what is shown in the ‘Stock’ column for the product you’ve been testing with after the purchases?

Can you make a screenshot of your Inventory panel of that specific product and a screenshot of the Inventory tab of your WooCommerce Settings page?

    Hi Coen

    As you requested
This is the shop product page : https://grab.by/lMNk

    Inventory Panel: https://grab.by/lMMu

    WC Settings : https://grab.by/lMMM

    I hope this helps.

That seems to be set up properly. To what values does everything change after you’ve made a test order and purchased that item?

What is shown in the ‘Stock’ column for the product you’ve been testing with after the purchases? It should go to 0 and ‘out of stock’.

I have it set to not to show any stock as per image on WC Settings above. But I can still added to cart this is what i can’t understand.

No, that’s not the setting I was referring to. I need to see what value is shown in the ‘Stock’ column on the Products overview page. You can go to this page by clicking ‘Products’ in the main navigation on the left of your administration panel.

I hope this is correct, it does show 1 in stock.

And this is from right after you’ve made the test purchase on that product? What is the status of the order that you’ve made to test the purchase?

Yes. If you like I can send you URL and login details to your email if you can supply it.

What happens if you manually set the product stock to 0 and set it to ‘Not in stock’? Does the product get hidden from the shop pages?

I reduced stock to zero only and left in stock on and the product is not showing now.

Do you think it may be an IPN issue? I read something about it.

The cart is still showing the product in it after 3 days when I am logged in as an administrator. When i log out the cart clears itself.

What is the status of the order that you’ve made to test the purchase?

It can be an IPN issue, yes. Please check our documentation on debugging IPN issues.
