Site randomly crashs

Okay, this has happened to me for awhile now. What is going on is, at random times my website https://www.illhome.net will randomly crash, what i mean is if you go to the website it says internal service error. and lists about 3 things wrong such as site might be down, coding error, files missing stuff like that. Only way i can get my site back up is go onto my webspace provider and do a site restore. I need to know how to fix this problem i am begging you please help me.
