Haiku Minimalist Player Not Working Any Longer

We have used the Haiku Minimalist player for numerous months without issue. We use this player to play the audio from all of the sermons at our church. All locations of the player are currently not working. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin with no resolution to the problem. I have also deactivated the most recent plugin that we have installed and it still does not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
