Re-direct portfolio page link to regular page link.

I’m trying to make the portfolio page link point to a standard default page link within the WordPress site. I’ll be grateful for any help!
I have, in the Portfolio section a Permalink that points to:
Permalink: https://www.drrogerestheticdentistry.com/portfolios/cosmetic-dentistryBut I want it to point to:
Permalink: https://www.drrogerestheticdentistry.com/teeth-whiteningI cannot get out of the /portfolios/ sub-directory to get to the link I want. How can I make this happen, please???
