Time Stamps Don't match

Shortly after applying a new theme I came across the issue that my time-stamps don’t match. This is a pretty major problem, as it causes nothing to load when someone visits my website. I have currently turned caching off for this reason. When I test my cache this is what it says:

The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!
