Yes, the error is still there.

The fix is pretty simple, something like adding:

$gasp_check = "";

before

$gasp_check == false;

would be great if this could be fixed in the next version

so sorry, I used == instead of =

will be fixed on next update

this is now fixed in version 1.5.2
