I borrow some code from your plugin (function: gallery and thumbnail). I use it to get first photo from all my “gallery” custom post.

Maybe this way i can do loop on all this post, get gallery images and sort it from oldest to newest?

By all means, borrow code.

You could probably use WP_Query class to get the latest images uploaded.

From there just you can use some of the code from the plugin

Borrow, because im not super god in wordpress plugins. I copy-paste some of your code to my template, mix it to get latest photos from your plugin and thats all.
