Hiding all wordpress messages very annoying

The javascript in this plugin that hides all wordpress admin messages after 3 seconds is very annoying.
There are lots of messages generated in the wordpress admin that I want to see. I’m not sure why in a plugin like this you would make a decision to fade out all messages, many of which provide links to important actions that the user can’t see once the message fades out.
I’d recommend removing this in future versions of the plugin.
