wp-admin & wp-login.php 404 page can not be found

Hi,

I have a number of wordpress sites with the same hosting company. During the week I noticed I could not browse to the https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin page. It would just return a 404 page can not be found error. The same happens when I try the wp-login.php page. Nothing has changed on my end and the problem seems to be with all my wordpress sites. I am thinking it is a hosting problem so have opened up a ticket with the company.

In the meantime to further troubleshoot I deleted the database and wordpress install for one of the sites.

I reninstalled wordpress and a brand new database but am still getting the same error. I have googled it and have tried pretty much everything.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be?
