Visa transaction through events manager

Hi is it possible to combine events manager app with visa transactions? I really need an app that people can register for an event with and once they’ve registered immediately be able to pay the required registration fee (or visa versa if that order is better)

Can anybody tell me if events manager can do this by itself or if I need another app to achieve this… i’m totally new and horrendously lost ??

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
