Random User Comments Require Moderation

Not sure what changed but for the last few weeks a few of my regulars are having their comments held for moderation. My discussion settings are, and have been for many months, that before a comment appears the Comment author must have a previously approved comment. No new plugins have been installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA … K
