Password Keeps Getting Corrupt

Have a situation last couple of weeks where my password keeps getting either hacked or corrupted. I managed to change the PW and get access to the Dashboard , but after about 3 days – same problem, ‘password is incorrect’. And requesting a reset does not work. Can anyone help me get this fixed? Or where the problem might reside? I’m at a loss as to where this is coming from. Thanks.
