Pricing based on User Type

Can I establish different pricing based on user type? It would need to be secure so that it is only seen by the user when logged in. Is this possible? Example: List price for the general public versus distributor pricing. I posted this in duplicate by mistake earlier but it was closed with no response. Thank you in advance for your help.
