Long time for my users to get there password

    WordPress attempts to send out the signup emails immediately, if it’s not the problem is more likely with your hosting provider not the software. Mingle Forum doesn’t control the emails at all, it relies on WordPress’ built in email system.

    Although, looking at his code, he’s also using the standard wp_mail system.

    well yes i use mingle forum… so i have to contact wordpress ???
    one of my users havn’t got their password for 24 hours now

    No, it’s not a software problem. It’s a hosting problem. Or, its possible that your user hasn’t checked their SPAM folder. Or if the users email provider has high SPAM blocks in place, they may never get the email. If the rest of your users are having no problems, I wouldn’t worry about it. Instead, just reset the password for the member yourself and tell them what it is.
