No Menu in Tools Menu for Old Version of WordPress 2.9.2.

    Trust me, I would have updated my WP core is it was my build, but just got the request to update the site for friend.

    I activated WP Migrate DB but there is no control panel to actually select “export DB” is it just because it won’t work with this version of WP?

    Is there a way to use this plugin with WP 2.9.2.?
