IE not working in upgraded version, support site down too

  • Hi,

    I upgraded to the full version in order to get IE support, but it is still not working despite uploading eot files and selecting them for IE 7,8,9 elements. Site is at https://staging.toporganickidz.com/

    I tried to submit this to the support forum for the old version, but that site appears to be down for maintenance, I can’t even view previously posted solutions there! I hope there will be the flexibility of using this forum, as I did purchase the product in good faith that support would be available if it didn’t work.
