Each user have acess to a different file.

So i want to make a page where each user that is logged in, can go to the page “Downloads” and there each user have acess to a different file that they can download.
For example user A can only download file a.pdf, user b can only download file b.pdf.

Whats the best way to do this ? Is there a plugin where i can associate something for each user, or the best way to do this is by coding it ?
