Video ingestion form or plugin for UGC content

    Hello all,

    I’m in the process of launching a video blog/web series featuring premium artist/musician video interviews. An additional big part of the site is to give users the ability to upload their own 60 second videos – preferably through their smartphones (iOS/Android). Desktop/Laptop uploads are fine too.

    It’s important that I have admin privileges to OK the video content before they are published to the site. Does this plugin support al the above.

    Hi,

    The rest of it is well supported, except moderation.

    Moderation is intended as a much later release, unless it is sponsored and accelerated.

    Thanks for the reply Saurabh but I’m not sure I understand. From what you’re saying it sounds like the plugin will allow users to submit content (the first part i need). Correct?

    But are you saying that content is live immediately and can’t be moderated by myself before it’s published? What do you mean by sponsored and accelerated?

    Hi,

    Yes, the users will be able to submit content, but without any sort of moderation queue.

    We have this on our roadmap, but it usually takes some time to actually implement features. If someone sponsors it, we can get to some of the features, earlier.
