It sounds like BadgeOS would be a great plugin for your company site. BadgeOS is designed to play nice with existing WordPress sites. You can decide which of its features to utilize, and set up achievements very much the same way you set up posts/pages.

You can certainly have 35 users completing achievements and earning badges. There are tools for things like reviewing submissions and nominations, or auto-accepted achievements to allow your users to progress without your involvement.

You might like to review this video, which walks through the initial set-up process of how to set-up configure the plugin to get started:

Essentially, once you have set up your first Achievement Type, you can create items/tasks/quests for your employees to do, and then set up a Badge they get when they complete those items. If you decide any of your employees’ badges should be permitted to be shared with the outside world, enable the Credly Integration, and let them share their badges proudly on their social networks and Credly.

    Enjoy!
