slow site wp databaze optimizer

    my site is getting slow, i installed wp database optimizer plugin which after the Optimize! command still shows a lot of Overhead tables
    I checked my DB also in the webhosts Cpanel- myPhpAdmin and there all is clean, no overhead on any table. Who is telling the thruth?
