Website structure

I am building my site on WordPress using the twenty twelve theme and and made small changes with a child theme.

I want to display this image properly:

I want to structure that image above using coding, but with all the images, fonts and borders separate. If you guys can show me one example of the right way to structure this using divs, it would be much appreciated.
