Form by the job offers (custom_post_type)

Good day,

I am making a website for a work agency and I need to know if I can programme this in WordPress:
1) I want something like contact form (name, email, age) on the page with the job offer. This form will save informations somewhere in the database.
2) In the administration with the job offer will be a link for a list of applicants. (Job offers are created using “custom_post_type”)
3) When you click on this link, you get redirected on a page with detailed informations about the job applicants.

PS: I know how to make this in PHP, but I’m only beginning to learn how to use WordPress, so I’m not sure if this can be made in it and if yes, how difficult it is. Or is there any plugin that can do what I described?
