No changes effected in Taxanomies and post types?

Hello
e.g. i changed category title template to…
%%term_title%% %%sep%% %%category_description%% > %%sitename%%
…but no changes on the website. I only see name of category.
If i do some changes on “post types” or “Taxanomies” there are no changes on website.Please help
