Hello,

Thanks for an amazing plugin. I’m really hoping I can fix these issues to get it working properly. I’m using the latest version (0.9.3).

Most things are working fine on my install (child theme of TwentyEleven): emails getting sent out, subscriptions etc. However I have 2 issues I can’t seem to fix:

1. 404 / Page Not Found:
I can’t preview any emails or view them on the site. I’ve tried re-saving permalinks as instructed, to no avail. I’m using a custom structure (/%post_id%/%postname%/) along with BulletProof Security (if that is relevant).

2. 500 Internal Server Error
I see this when trying to preview an email:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /emails/1006dd0d121cb9c/ on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I setup a test system and see if i can figure out what is going on.

Hi –
I’m also having the same problem as axeldev, with regards to #2 above (500 Internal Server Error when trying to view an email). Any luck with that? I also had this problem prior to the upgrade to 0.9.3.

Yes, when I try previewing an email I see the 500 error. Just like axeldev, I’m also using Bulletproof security.

Hi Guys,

We made some updates to how the permalinks are created with the latest release. Not sure if you are still having issue’s but if you get a chance to test the latest version i would appreciate it.

If you are on .9.4 try this KB.

If that doesn’t fix I’d like to rule out a conflict. Try this.
