Edit Links ID#s and Category ID#s

    Does anyone know how I can edit the Link Category ID# or the Link ID#? I am trying to easily rearrange the way my link categories display AND my links are not displaying properly on my page.

    Okay – I discovered how to arrange my links within a category, but how to I edit Category ID#s to arrange categories?
