Twentyten custom layout question

    Hello coders and hello to all
    Soo here is my question really needed question..
    Ok lets start. I have twentyten-child theme ok now i maded static homepage called “ПОЧЕТНА” on serbian language . i want to have section for news on homepage when i scrool down soo here is one EXAMPLE : https://ujedinjenasrbija.rs/ SCROOL DOWN AND YOU WILL SEE news.
    Soo here is my website https://www.najlepsesrpskereci.org.rs/
    is it possible to make something like this
    Please help i need answer ?

  • The top two parts of the site, could be widgets, placed at the top of the page before the latest posts (news)

    or
    The two top posts could be sticky posts (this could be easier for you) So they stay top and below them would be your latest posts. (news)
