Audio plays perfect on Firefox but not IE9?

Hi folks, seems I have a problem with my church’s website. It never has played audio on Chrome browser,(would like to fix that too) but, now it is not playing in Internet Explorer 9, yet, it plays audio just fine on Firefox and on my Android tablet.
