After upgrading to

After Upgrading, to 0.9.2.8 from 0.9.2.4 I’m having two issues.
The plugin isn’t listed on our “plugins” section for both admin, and superadmin.
Additionally, trying to manually type the location of the plugin config page gives me a user permissions issue.
