Email Sending Setup

Sorry for the late reply. I had been traveling since last 1 month.

If you are using a Linux server, then you will need to setup a cron job for the file: “woocommerce-abandon-cart-lite/cron/send_email.php”

You can decide what frequency you want to set the above script to run at, for example 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.

Many times, our visitors are “guests” as they proceed through check out. We really need to discover why these guests are abandoning the cart but obviously, as a guest we can’t send them an email to even ask.

Is there some sort of solution where we can contact these guests or drill down as to why they leave?

We are using the Lite version and like it.
