All products not showing up on page?

I’m wondering if this is a similar problem to one reported by another user…. can you go to Settings > reading and see if fiddling with the number of posts that display fixes the pagination problem?

Re the design… you will probably want to add/adjust some css in your theme to tweak the catalogue till it looks just right for you theme. A few little tweaks to things like the width and position of elements in the catalogue would help a lot.
