Set specific links as "follow"

    Currently it’s not possible to do that, but we will have to come up with a way to “mark” links that you don’t want BWP to process.

    Adding rel=”follow” seems like the most logical way to do it… If there’s some way to filter out any links that have that, it would be ideal.
