Thumbnail size problem

Default thumbnail size for the theme config the reason it looks weird is because you have no text in your post so they just kind of smush together.

WordPress creates certain sizes 3 to be exact on image upload by itself, the theme creates other multiple thumbnail sizes, 5 to 8 around there on top of that, i only use the 200×200 from theme have removed the rest of the thumbnail producing lines from the theme itself.

The 200×200 is something you want to keep for function of theme options “display excerpt and small thumb” you can increase thumb size by switching to “display excerpt and big thumb”

If you do not want images on front page post DO NOT set a featured image!

Let me refrase. How do i resize the thumbnails shown on posts?

As you can see on my site; https://www.shuf.dk, some of the posts look fine, these thumbnails are before theme-change. When i make new posts the result is a 200×200 thumbnail with overflow.

Those are the original images themselves lets look at post 2 on main page for example

Original image uploaded 320px × 180px
[The image dimension cannot be scaled to 200×200 due to the original size as the height is 180px…….

Result Thumb Scaled (scaled to 200px × 113px)

As you can see if you want 200×200 your original image must be 200px high to begin with.

The width does not matter as long as it is also over 200px it will then rescale the original to 200×200 and you will not have that issue hope that helps.

As i said before also the post having no text in them also affects this smushing together of the post.

Both images are the same size when uploaded. But i want all the posts to have the 200×113 thumb. i rly like this theme and it would be a shame if i had to find another
