Help changing skin colour – Ilisa theme

Hi im using the Ilisa theme and am trying to find a way to change the skin colour to black like the background. im a newbie and haven’t used much code before. my website is https://www.theovercoats.com – i used the Ilisa theme to create another website https://www.aemm.co.uk and would like to reverse the colour scheme.
