fatal error message in my page

  • hi i download woocommerce plugin in my wordpress and im using a wordpress theme which i already fix the page layout.
    The problem im having is everytime i go to my webpage i get this error :Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Product_Simple’ not found in \html\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\classes\class-wc-product-factory.php on line 62
    i have to refresh the page every time and the error message desappears, please i need you help ,i have download this plugin 3 days ago i will like to keep this plugin.

    Have you tried turning on the stock Twenty Twelve theme and seeing if everything works fine then? I see that the issue is originating from a plugin file, but it could be caused by a weird compatibility issues.

    It would also be good to have a (free) WooCommerce-compatible theme like MyStile installed so you can easily determine the cause (plugin or theme).

    PS: Which theme are you using?

    hi thanks for the response the Current Theme im using is catch-everest By Anonymous, i will try with the twenty twelve theme.

    hi test it with the twenty twelve theme and its working good is there any code i can use to make this work with catch-everest theme?

    The issues depend from theme-to-theme. They also tend to be fairly time-consuming to fix. If the theme creator won’t be prepared to fix it, there isn’t much else you can do about it.

    My advice is to switch over to a free WC theme, like the one I linked earlier.
